Ultrabond Kodi - what is it?

Whatever quality and expensive materials you do not use in covering your nails with gel-lacquer, the main thing remains the same - compliance with the basic steps of the procedure with the use of special means. Wearability of gel-lacquer on the nails depends on how well you prepared the nail plate to cover and whether you used such a priming agent as Ultrabond kodi. What is it for - you may ask, because gel-lacquer is applied on the base layer and polymerized in a UV lamp, forming and so strong enough polymer coating.  

Ultrabond Kodi is a special primer for professional nail gel-lacquer. Thanks to it, the adhesive bond between the natural nail plate and the base for gel-lacquer becomes stronger and guarantees the absence of peeling coating for 2-3 weeks.

Features of acid-free ultrabond

• When applying the acid-free Ultrabond, the client does not feel any discomfort. Getting on the skin around the nails, the product does not burn and does not cause irritation.
• The absence of aggressive acids in the composition provides a more gentle effect on the nail plate and guarantees the safety of the product for the health of the nails.
• If used correctly, acid-free Ultrabond provides a strong adhesive bond.
• Ultrabond Cody does not have an intense pungent odor, so the master is much more comfortable working with it.

Instructions for use

Acid-free primer Ultrabond KODI PROFESSIONAL is presented by "Kodi Company" in a convenient 15 ml bottle. The cap is fitted with a special brush, which evenly distributes the product on the nail plate in a dosed amount.

How to use? Very simple:

1. A hygienic manicure is performed (preferably without long soaking of hands in water). Our technologists recommend using Kodi mineral remover to soften and delicately remove cuticle without soaking. The nail surface is sanded with a professional buff to remove all irregularities of the nail plate before applying gel-lacquer.
2. The client's hands are thoroughly treated with a degreaser.
3. The primer is applied to the surface of the pre-degreased nail plate in a thin layer and dried in the air for a couple of minutes, not requiring polymerization in a UV lamp.
4. After drying, a thin layer of Kodi Rubber Base is applied to the primer-treated nail plate.
