Return and Exchange
Rules for return and exchange of products
Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of order payment. Products can only be returned if they have not been opened, used and are in 100% new condition (with all security seals and packaging intact).
For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- gel polishes;
- bases and tops;
- special manicure and pedicure products;
- lip glosses;
- eye shadows and foundations;
- other make-up products without a protective seal.
How and where can I return/exchange products?
To return/exchange goods, please contact our administrator at +357 96 162880
or send an email to email@example.com marked "Return" or "Exchange" and provide the following information:
1) a photo of the product, which shows the shortcoming/defect,
2) a photo of the label
3) a photo of the package.
4) name and contact number of the customer
After that, our manager will contact you to clarify the details.
The return procedure is carried out at the office at Cyprus, 7060, Livadia, Larnaca Andrea Dimitriou 5 or through a courier.
- All shipping costs for the return procedure rest with the buyer.
- Always carefully inspect the order in the presence of the administrator, courier or at the post office. If there are any discrepancies, you can refuse to receive the order.
- The packaging must be mandatory preserved in its original form, otherwise the exchange/return of the products is not possible.
- It is forbidden to return products that have been used or have damaged packaging.
- The refund procedure takes 3 working days
