The new shade Neon 15 is a cheerful tangerine that instantly lifts your spirits, sets you up for positive, and also perfectly emphasizes your tan. Neon bases have a perfect formula, thought out to the smallest detail, for maximum comfort of use. The base is easy to apply with a brush, evenly distributed without flowing, has rich pigmentation and completely replaces gel polish, saving the master's time.

Application recommendations: under a pigmented base, it is recommended to apply with rubbing movements a thin layer of Rubber base gel or Quick Base and polymerize it for 30 seconds in an LED lamp or 2 minutes in a UV lamp. Apply the pigmented base in 2 thin layers with polymerization of each layer for 90-120 seconds.

At the discretion of the master, it is allowed to apply one layer with a slight (minimum) alignment of the nail plate, if necessary. Polymerization in this case is also 90-120 seconds.
